A little off on the history.
I bought 14463 in the USA around the end of the 70's and sold it to HRH Prince Waliid bin Saud. We sent it from California to London and registered it 7 HRH. After a fire at his storage garage in 1983, I bought it back from him and sent it to Connecticut. The car was sold to Stanley Cohen of Hartford during / after the restoration and he kept it for years.

Marcel-thank you for the great pictures and summary of the event. Looks like a great beginning. Of course I have to ask, since it was hosted by Massimo Bottura, how was the food?

Beautiful pictures, thanks for sharing. In some respects the pictures reminded me of some I have seen in books of early Ferrari Club of America events.

365 GTB/4 Berlinetta #16037 was originally Marrone Colorado 106-M-73, but today it is in an interpretation of that color (lighter/brighter).

Great event to be sure. But why are there so few people at the concourse? No public allowed? Or were you there early?

This was a private event without public. Held at the home of chief Massimo Bottura, the Casa Maria Luigia in Modena.
In total there were approximately 100 people incl. 11 judges. And 31 Ferraris (incl. the AAC 815).
Saturday, towards the end of the evening when the Concours was finished, some of the Ferraris were driven thru the city of Modena and there were plenty of regular spectators.

Thank you Marcel for sharing. They ae so beautiful in their natural habitat. One can really see that they were designed and built in the same areas.

Sorry to disagree a little, but while these cars were born in the area, I’d imagine their “natural habitat” is more like an open highway or a race track. ;)

    Merci Marcel.

Is the current paint color a Ferrari color from the period (or close to one)?
