    Well since Max hasn't posted a pic of his taco pizza so here's mine....the one I remember from growing up had beans and meat and cheese then topped with lettuce and tomato. Didn't want to put lettuce and mater on the whole thing so just a few pieces on my plate. Added some green salsa too. Turned out tasty. Oh had a Serrano and some onion on it too.

    I was starting to get lonely in here today. lol. Look great guys.

    Beef came out good. I didn't have tomato sauce so I put a heaping tablespoon of tomato paste into a glass of beef broth and mixed it before pouring it in the pan after the first hour.

    I got fish and chips take out. halibut. They have an option to add three shrimp to your meal for $3.99. So I said add shrimp. They gave me ten shrimp. Also ordered three oysters. I'm too full. Ate it all!

    My dad is stealing my truck, going to the states. I'll be stuck with his Mercedes. I don't like driving it. Bought Bella some ground beef, I'm going to steal some and make cheeseburgers for dinner tonight. This way I won't have to go out.

    I made onion smash burger again the other night. Did them differently this time, put the ball of meat in the pan then was gonna smash the onions into the burger to flatten it. Forgot to put the onions on and smashed away, must thinner than I normally do. Holy Crustification though. Topped with onions but they all pretty much fell off when I went to pull them out of the pan. Still very tasty. Had some with marinated mushrooms and pickles the other night then with a salad yesterday. Oh, an used ground Bison because it looked better at the store.

    Yesterday made egg roll in a bowl but used ground turkey and chicken since the store was out of plain ground pork. Still good but it's better with pork. :)

    My dads coming back from the states tonight. Brother and I, we are going over to help unload the truck. Ordering a combo at an indy pizza place. Two medium three toppings pizzas, choice of two lasagna or two spaghetti and 6 pack of pop. Going to order it soon and take it over. Not sure on what toppings we are going to get................................

    Left over lasagna and pizza....................... Made a mistake and bought Bella a pork and beef ground blend. Glad I haven't fed her yet. Don't think pork is good for dogs. I'll make something with it tomorrow.

    Assume in a smoker. How long?

    I'm looking to make other cuts besides brisket in the smoker. Want something that takes less than 12 hours LOL
