what you understand under "rear clip"?

 

The clamshell isn't linked to the car with any stamped numbers, the hinges that bolt to it are though. The 3 hole hinge plate will have the build sequence number on it. When the clamshell was fitted by the coach builder the hinge plate was bolted to the clam and the rest of the hinge was a separate part mounted to the chassis. One aligned the hinge was welded together. Whatever replacement clam you end up with will need massaging and most likely the rear shut line on the cabin to get the gaps right.

could someone please explain to me what is a "rear clip"?
never heard such word. because a clip for me is short video
or you mean under rear clip one of the 2 locks left and right for the engine hood?

 

Clip comes from the act of cutting off the front or rear of a car for replacement. The rear clip assembly means the entire rear structural portion of a vehicle designed and intended to be located behind the rear seat of the vehicle. The rear clip is the body part comprised of the left and right quarter’s panels, the rear fascia and the truck lid, as opposed to the front clip which are the front fenders, hood and front fascia.
