What's quite extraordinary is that I asked for my full name to be removed from this particular post and even the poster said he would but it was out of time and requested pap the moderator to do it....so no one had a problem with that. I didn't give my reason and no one asked.

What blows me away is that you went to the trouble of deleting my name, which both horse and I didn't have a problem with, and then for absolutely no good reason went to all the trouble of undeleting.

Nice. Why would you do that? Rhetorical. No answer needed.

What you did was just nasty.

The poster and I were happy to have it removed. You removed it. What harm did that do?

Then, as if by an act of spite, you undo the deletion and now to add to of it you post a link to something that's ancient and irrelevant.

Situations change. Again, no one asked me why I wanted it removed but really it's the motivation of you undoing your deletion that I find rather troublesome.

 

I never got a report from the poster, instead you reported it and asked that your name be removed. I looked at the posts and decided to grant your request. Subsequently in the Mod log it was revealed that you've publicly used your name on FerrariChat for years and have been denied similar requests in the past, since you are the one who released your name here. I did some more investigation and found the thread you made, with your own name, and thought because of precedent I would restore the posts I deleted with an explanation. So that is what I did. No spite, just upholding previous moderation precedent.

 

I reported it because horse said he couldn't do it because it timed out. My report wasn't a complaint, but a request. Read it again.

Anyway, I think you've exposed yourself. There was no need to reinstate, but you did. Speak volumes.

Time to move on.
