    I'm sure many of you that know of John Meadows heard of his untimely passing. I discovered his videos a while back, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable, and I learned some new "tricks" from him (I've been weight training / bodybuilding for over 30 years).

    I'm heartbroken at his death, he left behind a wife and twin boys. Seemed like a real genuine and nice guy.

    Couldn’t agree more. Love his great videos and programs. A rather unconventional combination of real life hardcore gym experience and deeper biometrics and biology understanding.
    Such an inspirational figure and sad to see him leave behind a lovely family.
    A truly genuine nice guy

    I’ve watched dozens of his videos, a great help to my weight lifting journey. Very sad when he passed.

    Go look up Mike van Wyck…… A nice ‘ replacement’ for John Meadowns in terms of honest workout information and tips.
