    Looking to buy a 2017 488. What should i look out for? costs? gearbox, clutch replacement cost and when?

    #1 —- Engine Oil Leaks !

    Gearbox, not so much ( yet ) that I’m aware of.

    Unless something goes seriously wrong, you shouldn't ever need a clutch with a DCT.

    Have whoever performs your PDI inspect the engine closely for engine oil leaks.

    Check leather and soft touch buttons for condition.

    I have a 2017 488 GTB for the last 3.5 years
    Knock on wood, had zero issues and other than my own spendings, cost of ownership is zero so far since services are complimentary
