    I am 6' exactly. The previous owner is 6'5" and he owned the car from 1992-2008. He fit in the car with no particular drama/problem. As has often been pointed out, it's all about trunk/leg ratio. Though I'm 5" shorter than he was, I have very little headroom - cannot wear a baseball hat without it jamming into the top.

    Exactly right I always tell people the only way to know for sure is to get in and see if you fit. I'm a big guy that gravitates to small cars it is a curse but some I do fit in and some there is just no way it is not happening. One of the saddest days of my life was when I found out I couldn't fit into my dream car a grigio 84 GTB but glad I found out I couldn't fit before I bought it.

    I have noticed over the years tall people have found a way to adjust to their size and fitting in a car is just part of that. We have a TR and a 328. I am 5-10 and feel I am the biggest person that can comfortably drive either. My hair rubs the headliner in both. But, yet taller do drive both and say its no big deal. There have been several NBA players with TRs so what can I say.

    that's about how I saw it, if you're 6'2 and taller you start feeling uncomfortable and head touching the top, there is a little more room in the GTB yes comparing to the GTS with top on.

    I'm also 5'10 and I feel like perfect size, head still clear from the top in most seat positions, on the passenger side it feels like there is less space if you bend your legs, depends how you sit, most taller guys always looked a little uncomfortable to me in the passenger side and they would sometimes prefer to lay back in the seat.
