    ^^^ Given that weather forecast they better cancel the race. Give out points based on truck arrival time at circuit as we don’t want to risk driver safety. Obviously we will also need a scam the fans and circuit owners by getting some push bikes out and riding around the circuit a couple of times - but only if a sufficient weather window can be found.

    I don't know. I think you're gambling with peoples' lives here. What a callous attitude! :D

    I'm sure there is some online virtual racing that could be used instead. Better be safe than sorry.

    That’s a good point. However, the ‘woke’ FIA have discounted the idea of a virtual race due to the mental trauma that could be caused to cyber nerds (today’s drivers) witnessing a virtual crash and believing their favourite avatar could be fatally wounded through excess pixelation.

    Shhhh! Don't give them ideas. Pretty soon the cars on track will be drone operated, and the drivers will race from a virtual cockpit. Heaven forbid if the guys get blisters from too much racing!

    How cool is this? Vettel casually hopped on his bicycle and rode it through town, stopping of at the bakery where a friends' friend recognised him and took a picture with him. Really is the most normal guy in f1.

    Yeah drivers who are no longer champions and the face of F1 can do things like this. 2013 when Vettel was at the top, I saw him leaving a hotel, several people tried to get his attention and he never looked our way. My wife remembers that and always says " I bet he would stop and talk to some one now" Lol
