    So i got my 458 spider back in april of this year and the dealer had installed a valve bypass system, and it won’t work, whenever i hit the button on the key chain it glows blue, but won’t open the valve, i’ve tried changing the battery and i’ve tried with the car on and off, ferrari san antonio was where it was installed

    I'm assuming the system was a capristo set up. It's rather difficult to screw up that install. It is possible you got a bad unit.

    Just give them a call and let them know it's not working and I'm sure they will correct it for you. This is a very minor problem.

    Some of these have to be calibrated to the vacuum system they are used on. If it was not calibrated to your system, it won't work. I have done this before. Read all of the instructions to be sure it is set up right.
