Sure is, so many really amazing details, I love the rear P4 style cut ins over the tire and the fact that they actually go through and the back of the tire is exposed from the rear.

Thanks Pier, I would also expect a roll bar option in a car called competizione. Remember the 599gto (not sure if it was an option for the tdf though)

Just learned that all the fenders have been made with just the regular shield, so no option for airbrushed shields is possible, not even for a tailor made. Very disappointing. Has anyone heard this from their dealer as well?

I made my TM config on June 28th and I spec it with the airbrushed shields....but built is not yet locked.
today I asked again my dealer manager and he doesn't have this info.....I will crosscheck again directly with Maranello during this week to be sure
it sounds wired to me but if it's true is a shame!

in the mean time good news.....4 points harnesses (4HAN) and monocoque seats available (CHRS, only with 4HAN)
PPAC mandatory for some markets (as for Pista), sure Italy and France and I guess all EU

here below some extracts from the Personalization Programme (137 pages): full standard options available + standard external and internal config schema

just spoke to a mate who just attended the cavalcade in Sicily and a Tailor Made session for his 812 Aperta and he was told the same - no airbrushed shields are permitted. Apparently a Manzoni design directive.

that’s brutal if true, I think the standard shields look so lost floating in the middle of that massive panel. is it permitted to do no shields?

Do it! Shield delete is the ultimate option on a LE car. @Marcel Massini we are looking at your tdf here!

Are we saying base 812C in Europe is €378k or $450k?
I thought base price in the US is $600k?
Could there be such a difference?

Based on the above sheet the car is 478k EUR including VAT at an average rate for Europe (some countries are higher, some lower). Which means that the car costs 564k USD including taxes in Europe.

my understanding is that the fenders for both the 812C and aperta production run have already been pressed with the insert for the regular shield, so deleting the shield is not an option either. I hope to be proven wrong on all counts....
