I hate that I’m in a situation to answer this but I am….recently, I hit a dog black dog in my 2018 Ferrari 488 Spider on the interstate in Alabama at night time. Dog escaped from the pound and cruising at 70mph, I couldn’t react. The whole front bumper is destroyed but I’m lucky I’m alive and lucky the dog didn’t flip over the car instead of under since I had my top down. The only dealerships I deal with, is “Ferrari of Miami” and “Ferrari of Orlando”. I just called and informed them of the situation and these 2 Specific Ferrari locations do not offer loaner/courtesy cars.

I always took it for granted that I (or my wife and kids) were provided with nice loaners.
When I had an S8 Plus as daily, Audi dealer would give me an RS7, Bentley dealer would always bring a brand new Escalade, Ferrari dealer: a Ghibli or a used Ferrari from the lot, MB dealer: an S-Class for me, my son's GLA250 econobox would get an E53 or GLE53 AMG, Porsche dealer would offer a Cayenne Turbo.
In every case it would be a loaner that would not feel like a step down but something I could rather enjoy.

Regret they sold their S class or regret they didn’t sell their S class?

Here in NY- no loaners except for an occasional used lusso if available but they will pick up and drop off the car. Then again the MB dealer would give a base C class or smaller suv when servicing my Maybach or SLS-not particularly satisfying.
