Just arrived. Amazing how light and elegant it is...a 69 year old Omega Jumbo case manual wind. 265 movement, 37.5mm case width. Exactly big enough without being too big. Truely a gentleman's wristwatch.

We’ll look at that! I’ve seen lots of “bark” finishes but never that one. Very unique.

Well don’t quote me on the perpetual!

Condition is everything and I could be off on the reference number. AP made several different perpetual references.

Should have said my guess was somewhere between a decent 328 and driver Testarosa!

Those Offshores are nice but not on the same playing fiend as perpetual.

I used to own that Patek 5146.
    Great watch.

Don’t know anything about the rest.

No it’s steel. Gray dial..they called this one Elephant. I get a lot of compliments on it. My wife picked it out…she did great. It’s different.

It’s increased in value like crazy…tempted to sell it, get offers at jewelry and watch stores but I’m not. I don’t wear this AP much. I should wear it more though, I did sell off all my Rolex a few month ago…made a killing…unreal…lol

Never have ived been so excited about a DJ,not since I bought my first DJ 16234.
This new fluted dial has placed the DJ into new levels in the rolex family. Entry level watch?

I think an all silver steel DJ is a great example of “stealth wealth”. Classic and iconic. If you ever wonder what Rolex thinks is the icon of their line look at all of their signage. It isn’t a Sub or Daytona, it’s the DJ.

Finally bought my first Rolex today. Been chasing for a while only to watch the value keep going up

I really wanted a Pepsi but couldn't turn this one down. At some point I will probably swap the bezel out for a Pepsi but for now I will enjoy the black bezel :)

Any one has both black and green starbucks submariner?
BTW, just for the gliding clasp of the 126610, is worth an upgrade from my 16610.
