I believe the last production date for 355’s is December 1998. Your car is within the last 6 months of production, which would be considered the latest of the production run. I figured it was a 1999 MY. The carbon seats are in “plain” weave, while a majority of 355 carbon sport seats are “twill” weave. Moving forward, every carbon part on a Ferrari is in plain weave.
Enjoy every second of ownership, from one carbon seat owner to another. Cheers! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Congrats. Just picked up my F1 GTS, and I have to say I’m satisfied with the way it shifts. It’s a perfect match for the car and it’s age. it’s not a fast car, it doesn’t need instant shifts. And the shifts are still faster than a human. Drive it for a bit…. See how ya feel. Best of luck!!
Congrats to you also Yeah I will first send off the car to "full" restoration, need make sure all suspension + bushes + major are in top shape. Also as its soon not possible drive the car in Norway, need wait for next year
We've already spoken on IG about the car, but glad you went this route. Stunning spec...it's a keeper! There are times where I miss my F1. Manual is great for less complexity, but the driving experience of the F1 is *very* unique specifically to the 355. Congrats again! Blue F355 crew.
Can't sell out the seats Before I bought this car I was thinking buy manual car + buy carbon seats, but impossible find this seats
