Maranello Concessionaires wants even more -- over 400 pounds! IIRC, Larry Fletcher (www.CISFlowTech.com) or maybe Verell (http://www.unobtainiumsupply.com) could supply an equivalent version using Cohline tubing (and the proper fittings) rather than rigid metal tubing. Here's an example used to update a BBi to the later style fuel pump with the banjo fitting on the output like the OP needs: Image Unavailable, Please Login
I can't remember, but would guess it most likely was Larry (CIS Flow Tech). Just send that pic to Larry -- if he can't do it, try Verell. (Although last time I did contact Larry for something, it was best to do it by text to his phone number, not by email). Or I've bought Cohline stuff from Global Metrics in Belmont, CA, but that might need more communications/design on your end (i.e., they'd send you Cohline data sheets and you'd have to pick the items).
Both ends are standard fittings and the pipe can be sourced. Should be possible to shape with a mini tube bender and use AG60 flux coated silver solder to attach them. I think the nut thread is probably an Ermito thread fitting- i think that is the right spelling. Send me a drawing with the sizes as i think i have seem these bits for sale in uk.
The banjo weld on fitting is about $2 and the tubing is about $10 a metre. Pity the pic does not show the nut end better but you wonder where they $400 from. Those are prices from a uk search
S]orry I didn't see this thread sooner. I've been supplying a solution for almost 10 years: K-JETFPACC Kit to replace 115532 Fuel Pump to Accumulator line. Contains banjo, swivel nut, sleeves & SS braid covered fuel line. 308,328,Mondial (Euro & US cars), 512BBi 12 oz $34.87 + S&I
Hi Verell -- thanks for chiming in. I do believe (based on the text description in your catalog) that what you sell is exactly what the OP needs, but, to get ticky-tack, it really doesn't replace 115532. It actually replaces (i.e., is functionally equivalent to) 119305, and is what one needs to update a system that previously used 115532 and the CIS fuel pump with the non-replaceable internal check valve to a system using 119305 (which is the same as your replacement) and the CIS fuel pump with the externally-replaceable check valve. Here's a shot of 119305: Image Unavailable, Please Login Just wanted to suggest that you change/modify the description in your catalog to reflect that in some way because, if someone was only looking for 115532 and received your part, they would then also need to buy the CIS fuel pump with the externally-replaceable check valve (which might be a surprise to them). Additionally, if someone was looking for 119305, like the OP, they probably wouldn't know/realize that your part is a perfect replacement for that.
I believe it's more of a ball nose male like in DIN 7631 or DIN 3863 (if that's what you mean by a "compression olive") -- see the OP's photo in post #1, but not sure those are what Ferrari used as they are a male ball nose seated in a 60 deg female cone; whereas, (IIRC), the Ferrari connections are a male ball nose seated in a female ball seat. Would love to know just what the Ferrari/Bosch connections are, if something standardized.
Thanks Steve, Clearly that's an OOPSIE on my part. I duplicated the fittings on the line on my '82 Euro 308 QV. IIRC the parts manual listed as 115532 . I just found this on the web when I searched for 115532: Image Unavailable, Please Login It looks like both ends have the same swivel nut. Can you confirm this? If so, then I just need to put together a 2nd kit with 2 swivel nuts instead of a banjo & a swivel nut.
No, I can't confirm that for sure. In this picture, they look like the same style, but maybe different hex sizes? Hard to tell: Image Unavailable, Please Login The fitting that joins 115532 to the CIS fuel pump with the internal non-replaceable check valve is 109797 so that's the item you'd need to check. The online euro 308QV SPC indicates that it could have either CIS fuel pump (using either 115532 or 119305 as required).
