Hello! I am interested in learning which model of Ferrari post 1975 that members believe is the most esthetically pleasing overall. Not as in a driving or speed capacity, but which model do you think is the most beautiful to look at? Thanks in advance for any opinions!! Clair
I’m going to say the Roma, with its beautiful flowing lines and finesse. Andy Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
The Mondial is like the 308 GT4 or 412 FF/Lusso - they're very different - but folks that do love them (like me and say Chris Harris) really do.
While I desperately want a 288, I would say its predecessor, the 308, is perfectly proportioned and therefore more beautiful. Post 1975, I put the 308 is first with the 355 second. I see brutality in the TR; not beauty. The Roma is indeed a beautiful car although, perhaps, a little too self-consious.
1) 288 2) 512BB/BBi 3) F355 Wish I'd had the $$$ to grab a 288 before they went crazy (likewise, the McLaren F1).
In order for someone to vote properly, seeing them in person really makes a difference. I liked the look of the 355. Then I saw one in person, and that sealed the deal for me. The first Ferrari I saw in person was a Testarossa, and I couldn't believe how low and wide it was. The pictures just don't do these cars any justice.
