Well count me in when you do your next "production run." Hopefully the renewed interest will allow you add more design you desire to the finished product...and happy to compensate you for your hard work Ferrarium!

 

I just realised after reading this thread, my car has Hill Engineering rings installed, is it straight forward to remove the gauges and take them off to put it back to standard or will I be missing the stock parts?

Ps: the OP's rings look great

 

No need to remove the gauges. The Hills are on with a thin two sided tape. Once off, clean any residue left behind and you're back to stock. Easy schmeazy!

 

They are just stuck on with double side sticky tape. They are way too big in my opinion also too squared off but some like them and that's great.

There is another way to achieve this effect and that is to just disassemble the instrument surround and paint it. You just put some masking tape on the inside where you want it to stay black and spray it silver

I prefer the natural/factory look, but your rings don't look bad actually. The Hill's do seem a tad too large.

Ferrarium, do you have STL files for the rings? I’m curious how these would look 3D printed…

 

I don't even know where the files are, I changed computers probably on the other one that's stored.
