Just a bubble-burst, especially when I caught my wife at a weak moment to green-light a purchase she can not understand but knows that owning another Ferrari is a big deal for me. Two things that I really looked forward to from the move to AZ: 1) No more catering, I hated it and 2) I could get a car. Owning one in our small one-horse town was too much for my wife as such cars in that town was over the top (never should have sold my last one). Maybe the 'ol Husk will change his mind next week
I find this to always be a risk when buying from a private seller vs a dealer. Private sellers sometimes get cold feet and that sucks when you are on the other side of it.
Which I was when I tried to buy a silver on red 348ts back in 2015. Or who knows what happened. At least in this case the seller was man enough to come out and just say so. In my case, other than a cryptic email, the guy ghosted me. Regardless, it worked out well in the end for me. But yeah, that is the risk. I'm more than happy with the car (and the adventure) that I ended up with.
If you decide to let it go please reach out. I’m a serious buyer and this is what I’m looking for. Thanks! Dustin
Well, I've decided to sell. The town I live in, there's just not a good mechanic that can help me look after this car. So I have some anxiety keeping it. First $77K gets it.
wow... Just like that it is back on the market...!!! Exceptional car, incredible condition, at a great price... along with records on it that would make any research sleuth smile... let us know when it sells and thanks for relighting the fire on this thread. GLWS
Congrats on the sale and appreciate your chats on the car, its a beauty. I have secured one that I will probably pull the trigger on but its VERY mentally tormenting going back and forth with my absolute love for 308's.
