Really need a few good pics of a correct cooling fan relay installation on the left front valance. Diligently trying to repair a mess previously done on my car! If anyone out there with a 365 GT 2 +2 would be willing to give me a call I would really appreciate it!

    Thanks!
On another note does anybody know if there is a group of 365 GT 2+2 owners? Maybe we should try to set one up.

See the photo on page 76 of "Original Ferrari V12 1965 - 1973" by Keith Bluemel. This book has a wealth of information for vintage Ferraris. Many photos in the book show UK cars with red ignition wires; I don't believe these are OEM.

I don't think that photo shows the relay location in OPs question.
Also worth keeping in mind that like so many books and pictures of cars decades into their life and after who knows how many owners/mechanics/modifications that not everything in them is necessarily authentically correct and some cars featured in the pictures of this book appear to have endured less than pampered life and received less than OEM correct service/repair components or restorations and therefor not necessarily ideal for all encompassing authenticity reference.

That is certainly very true. One of the reasons I’m trying to find someone that may have a car that is mostly original that I could get some pictures of!

Thanks, I did! So far no luck with any fellow 365 GT owners!

Keith Bluemel is a well respected FCA judge. I doubt he would include photos of cars that have non-OEM modifications in his book.

I’m quite aware who Mr. Bluemel is, but perhaps pictures lie more than thousand words or I just don’t know as much as I’d like to ?
Besides, as I mentioned, countless books or pictures of cars, regardless whom they are authored, published or taken by probably more often than not seem to feature inaccurate/-correct details and/or information.
