Anyone aware of any changes, no matter how small, for the 2022 F8s?

Im hoping opf are less restrictive. The 2022 porsches have bigger holes in the matrix on 718 and 992

It seems other than cost Ferrari does not make minor changes between model years. While most manufacturers will make small improvements and tweaks year over year.

Just the base price, I believe $8,500, give or take. The options pricing hasn’t changed. Figure on a car fairly optioned out, that amounts to about 2.2%. It really doesn’t seem unreasonable in these inflationary times. Just paid over $4.00 / gallon for premium in FL.

The newer opf elements on the 2022+ 718 gt4 and 992 gt3 are more porous and allow more sound through. Even though the us cars are not monitored they still have the opf matrix

We interrupt normally scheduled programming to remind current Ferrari 488 and F8 owners what owning a Ferrari used to be like...

That does sound amazing too bad us F8 owners would be so far ahead of that 355 we wouldn’t be able to hear it anyway. LOL

Lost here on what you are trying to say. These cars have coilovers not struts…coilovers are easy to confuse with struts because of the coil spring. The reason they are not struts is that they are not an integral component. If you remove a coilover shock, the vehicle will fall down onto the bump stops. However, it can still technically drive and steer. The difference is that struts do other jobs too. They are integral suspension components. If the strut were removed, the vehicle could not drive or steer.

Struts do not have threaded body to adjust vehicle height. Coilover height adjustment is done on the treaded body buy loosened the 2 collars and turning then up or down the desired amount. Coilovers are similar in nature to struts, in doing double duty of dampening through the shock absorber in the middle of its body, and housing the coilsprings. A coilover combines the abilities of a strut, with the damping of a shock, and allows the entire assembly to be installed as a single unit, rather than tearing down the vehicle's coil springs, mounts, struts, steering parts etc all separately

I was told from my dealer to expect a ~$10,000 increase. Would be interested in learning more about the possible suspension changes.
