    Apparently Ferrari is using and will be using PU 4 in all practice sessions until end of the season (ofc not at full power on Fridays). The old spec had different engine fitting, so too much work to try to change it between sessions. But most importantly this is to test the new parts reliability for 2022 by having as much mileage as possible.

    Fyi the borders, air and land, only reopen November 8 after 18 months of closure, any Europeans and other non Americans there are either working or US residents.

    They better hope they've got more in that engine cos they have gone backwards with the set-up, wouldn't be surprised to see Hamilton back in 4th.

    No. The FIA should never have mandated billiard table smooth circuits, either......we wouldn't now be watching racing karts on super-steroids.....we'd still be watching race cars..... ;)

    These racing circuits across the globe share with MotoGP and DTM and WEC....not just F1. So the circuits that are shared need constant maintenance or repaving.

    BTW, COTA will resurface the track when time permits but for sure next year, the F1 race will have a completely resurfaced track.

    I shan't repeat myself. Your indoctrination to the emsaculation of the sport does not cause me to change my opinion.

    Compliance was impressive then (next to none now).....even on "un-resurfaced" circuits.....let alone the unregulated circuit gradient changes resulting in full droop, as in my most recent wallpaper..... ;)
