Then take care of all your customers, don't ignore repeatedly for months on end what is being asked.

Dinner time here over and out for today.

Obviously we have never done that to the detriment of this community. Well, there is that one time we put resources towards JensenChat.

I know you are massively Ferrari and USA centric but surely you understand that the classic Maserati world is incomparably larger than the Jensen world if there is such a thing.
Let's not en compare the prestige of the brands.

So Rob can we have action please? Thank you.

it won’t harm either side. you can still get to Maserati section from FerrariChat domain as it works now or you can use the Maserati domain that is basically a forward like if you book marked it in your browser.

    Rob,

Please provide us with a schedule of when the direct link url will be provided and when you plan on presenting us some design layouts for us to select.

MaseratiCommunity.com has been purchased. For now we can do a forward on that domain. There are a few other domains I'm bidding for.

It took 1 year to do the design and implementation of LamborghiniChat, this time around especially since not doing a separate domain it shouldn't take as long.

The Maserati community here does need to tell me what color design they would like, the Maserati blue? If you have color codes that would be great. We won't be able to use protected logos of course and difference will only apply to the new default style, the old style will remain like it has since the 2004 upgrade.

I personally can't stand anything not dot com although the base would be more appropriate. :(

I agree that .com is preferred. I am just thinking what would be the easiest to remember and spell correctly. The word "community" is long and may be challenge to some people whose primary language is not English.
How about maseratitalk.com ? (which is available)

It is not available and I guess Rob does not own it.
To check availability of any url just go to a site such as goddady.com and start typing in urls.
To find out who owns an url you can go to: https://lookup.icann.org/lookup but some of the information is redacted for privacy. Maseratichat.com is owned by someone in Ontario, Canada

To give it an international appeal, how about MaserchistsUnited.com?

on the serious side since it will still be primarily focused on the pre Biturbo era cars. Any thoughts on incorporating a registry?

No, too many registries exist already you do not want to muddy the waters, a common and always counterproductive mistake.

Instead there should be a sticky with all existing registry links. There is such a post in the Classichemasters site.

Agree there are too many registries Outside of the Khamsin registry many aren’t very good.
