Would be very interesting to track values of the great 812 GTS. Please post any info you have on transactions or cars for sale or production numbers.

To get the discussion started, in the UK it seems only a handful have hit the market. List prices seem to be at or slightly above list price (incl. options). My guess is they will sell at a slight premium for 6 - 12 months, until more get delivered. Then they will start to trade down. Longer term value depends largely on what the replacement is.... if not a N/A V12 then GTS should hold value well.

Given that allocations are over and final production numbers will be somewhere between 1200-1500, it will be interesting for sure... especially with the VS and VS aperta coming out in a little while.

If what is being said over on the other thread about the 812 aperta being made in only 249 units is true, then I think it will actually be very good for 812 GTS values. Anyone thinking of selling their 812 GTS should probably hold on for the next couple of months would be my advice!

They are already selling pre owned but as new 812 GTS in Italy with a price of 100000 euro over price list . This now when we are at the beginning . I don’t think it will raise up , I suppose it will drop .

It’s such a spectacular car. I have never felt that i was going to keep a previous car indefinitely until I got my GTS...actually two. I don’t plan to sell the 812 GTS or my recently added 83 308 GTS :). Finally pulled the engine out tonight and my son and I are going to bang out a thorough resto/mod. Long live the GTS’s

Only 2 for sale online as of today and the asking prices are through the roof. No more allocations available so I imagine these things will do well from a value perspective. Its funny reading posts from a year ago, most people have been so far of on their predictions and based on this illogical market its not surprise.

Is that through your dealer or from the factory?

I was told by my dealer that this is what the factory has told them.

Yeah, thanks I got the same line when I ordered my car. I haven't heard the factory has turned them off. But keeping the whole mystique of exclusivity and unobtaininum going is elevated to a form of art at Ferrari. ;)

I can tell you a friend of mine tried to get one from the same dealer and could not.

Same here my dealer informed me last week GTS and F8s are done. No more allocations and no more order. People on the waitlist may not all be fulfilled.

There are multiple reasons why this could be the case including prior purchase a V12 from the same dealer, or that this particular dealer's wait list is already years long.

My dealer told me same thing. No more 812 GTS orders being accepted world wide.

My brother and I got our orders in just in time. Expected delivery spring 2023

I gave my order back in July, and shows “waiting list” on MyFerrari app, not yet at status 10 in the system. Does this mean my allocation is secure or not?

Honestly could go both ways and I truly wish you all the best for an allocation. Just wait it out and hopefully you do!

    Yes.

I checked with my dealer and he confirmed for the same order of mine in July.

He will be able to send you a screen shot of you in the system.

The factory is now no longer taking any further orders for 812 GTS or F8.

Surprisingly the F8 had a far deeper order book which they were really hammered on.

May the Horse be with you

I’m sure you’ll be fine. Mine is showing “waiting list” too, and I just completed my Atelier consultation this week. And, yes, my dealer also said that the order bank is closed for F8/GTS.

812 GTS at Ferrari Lake Forest with 400 miles. Apparently the buyer was too tall and his head was hitting the roof. Traded it in for a Pista. Salesman told me it would take at least $150,000 over sticker.

It’s an amazing car. Never selling it. Will pass it on to my kids one day. As I’ve said before checks all the boxes. Hybridization and no luggage space don’t interest me. Luggage space is important to enjoy a week or two away while enjoying every minute behind the wheel.
Order books are definitely closed. Out of curiosity how many will they make? Guesses?
