Went to the dealer to nail down some more details. They had a customers black SF90 there so got to see one in person again. It has really grown on me, my wife is pushing for white on white and I kind of like the Red with white interior.

Have some time until final spec has to be done.

On a side note I took my wife to Somerset mall and she got 2 Chanel purses, 1 Louis Vuitton purse, a pair of Montcler boots and a Montcler coat.

Like what I’m I going to say about that LOL. Hey at least I have her anniversary and Christmas presents done!

Thank you, Buddy. As we go through life, I look back and one of the areas I’ve always had extremely good luck has been with cars. New, used, Porsches, Ferraris and later this week, a Lamborghini STO.

I’m not a car basher because I’ve always found something special in everything I’ve owned. Never owned a Ferrari before the 458 and I pick an absolute winner. Bingo!

Thanks for your well wishes, and if it’s meant to be……I’ll see you with my Blu Pozzi Spider down the road!

Lol white inside is incredible to see in person. But I’d have to buy the Italian plastic seat cover option, knowing me..,,

That is a good question about allocations and I don’t quite know how to go about it, whether it’s a no no or not. I actually did that with the STO but had no status or loyalty to any dealer. Here it’s different as there is some history. PM me if you have any ideas.

Buddy we’re on a beautiful farm near Gainesville, about 2-1/2 hours north. We will be in Sarasota this Friday and Saturday for a Ferrari event and to see the new STO before taking delivery. If I come back down between the 12th and 19th to get the car, I’ll PM you.

Yes was just there yesterday and specifically asked if Ferrari had accepted the order, they said yes.

Unless you're in "00" or "10G" status the internal codes are only for the dealer. Nothing to do with Ferrari HQ. You go first on W which is wait list. Then once the regional manager reviews and approves you sit in P status until you have an allocation.

They said I definitely have a slot, I ordered my F8 through them and they are a large dealer. I have no reason to believe I don’t have an allocation.

I’m not doubting you. I ordered an F8 spider through mine as well but again unless you have a confirmed allocation and go “00” then “10G” it’s still technically on wait list. My SF90 spider showed up on my app and my dealer has yet to deliver even 1 SF90 spider. I suspect the wait for allocations is 18-24 months which for me personally is fine given that I will have the f8.

Same for me. Trying to time the cars to enjoy for a bit before another comes in. Got delayed from this summer to January on the F8 spider and picked up a 16m. Almost a 720S. F8 Spider then hopefully 812GTS and then SF90. Wife May divorce me if they show up together …….

So hard to know really but one has to get in line.

Raises another question about what size dealer is best and how allocations get allocated in a dealership as well. I am sure there is a fastpass lane in there somewhere.

My local dealer in SW Florida told me you can still place orders (told me that on Friday) so I assume Ferrari has not shut down the SF90 yet. Put down my deposit on a Spider so I’m hoping it gets an allocation.

    Hi Buddyg
How are you doing with sf90 order, still wait list or do you have a built date yet?
