Again chassis #3051. Converted to a not optimal looking "longnose"-specification after owner Bill Lloyd crashed it in practice in Nassau 1956. Became famous as Moss drove the mich taped, damaged car to victory the next day.

 

Chassis #2466. I brokered this car 4 years ago to its current owner. Former owner was Nick Mason from Pink Floyd. Chassis #2466 was the longest serving Tipo 60 as its last period race was in 1968.

 

Notice the shift knob.....(not to take away from everything else)

 

Photo on top shows Luigi Musso`s A6GCS in Sebring 1954.

The Birdcage is NOT a Tipo 61, its a Tipo 60!

Photo on bottom shows a Tipo 63

 

The b&W photo does NOT show Willy Peter Daetwyler! It shows the Swiss Edmond Laub driving his -modified- A6GCS.

 

and the "3500 GT" is in fact a 1965 Quattroporte, chassis number 107.206. These same photos have been posted here on an old Maserati photos thread a few years ago.
