laps led 2021: Max 569, Lewis 154. Max has the better car (“faster” is a measure of top speed, but I’ve said from the beginning that the RBR is more firmly planted and predictable). The Merc is still looser, as it slides around a lot. The only reason the battle is close is a) Baku, b) Silverstone, c) Hungary. Yes, Monza was a blown opportunity for Merc as was that 1 car on the grid race, but Max has the better car. It doesn’t impugn him in any way to say that…it’s just the reality.

Yes, Elton did well, but the way he was passing cars on the straight was like they were all driving gp2 cars! The only great move elton did was against lando, and norris had zero reason to resist, no points lost, and elton will still star behind him tomorrow! Mercedes fresh engines turned to the max are much faster than anything else on track, that's the truth.

Did you really enjoy this? It looked like playing a racing game in easy modus were you can simply pass everyone. No fight, no driving on the edge. No great positioning on track to outsmart the other driver. Simply driving around everyone with much more speed.
