I was going through this thread from the beginning just for fun, and stumbled across this. I'm the present owner of the (crude but charming) 275 NART in post 1036. I've always wondered who the maker was, and now completely by chance I find out!

The wealth of knowledge and information on this site boggles the mind.

This is the '64 car, which differed quite a bit from the '65 version shown before, and to me this one looks more correct. I have the LookSmart version of the same car (Surtees' Monza winner) which looks fine except for an incorrect shade of red.

Thanks Jim, yeah I think it was the ‘64 one that I was originally wanting - didn’t realise the difference when I first saw the previous one. I’ve been keeping an eye out for the looksmart one but just too expensive for my wallet!

BBR made the 59 prototype 1539GT
no air intakes, no opening in the rear window
over the next years we will also see the 1960 and 1961
I am sure they will make the Rob Walker cars, there are two of them

Never seen a CMC Comp SWB with mirrors before, presumably modified? Mine certainly doesn't have 'em. (quick edit, just noticed the exhaust shield and wind guard, it's been repainted from a competition livery)

I like the chassis that BBR are representing, but something about that picture isn't pleasing my eye. Might just be the angles.

I know its a SWB but it looks too short to my eyes.

My immediate impression was 'hunchback on tiptoes'. I'd like to see more pictures.

It's a rebuild of the silver competizione-version from CMC plus a few adds of my own:

She's absolutely gorgeous, congratulations. Must admit that the absent exhaust shield always stood out on my M077 standard Comp SWB.

The KK 250 SWB model is good only if you don't want to spend a lot, but it is a flawed model.
