F8 Order Status

With the same thought in mind, I decided to add all exterior in carbon, interior dash inserts and central bridge + I changed the standard electric seats to Daytona racing carbon seats..! Last time I checked - 2 weeks ago, I was 10G but as per my dealer, my car is supposedly scheduled to begin build at any instant. Still waiting for that VIN to show in the app.

Time to revive this thread. Currently at status 85, storage, as of yesterday 11/15. From what I'm seeing on vesselfinder, Chicago Express seems to be the only ship that is on its way to Europe, with a tentative arrival in Spain of 11/18. Hoping my car gets on board when it arrives in Genoa.

I was quoted an 8-10 month wait time when I placed the order on 5/20. Seems accurate so far.

I am 40 today. Deposit in May,2021, order accepted by Ferrari in July, and expected to hand over Feb or March 2022.

 

Did you do coupe or spider?

 

It is the Coupe. I suppose spider would take longer than my time frame.

 

Yes spider is almost triple the wait

 

Ordered the Spider in May 21 (order was confirmed in June), delivery time end of Q2 or beginning of Q3 2022. Do they still except F8 Spider orders in the US? They stopped accepting in Germany by 06-2021.

 

My best friend is expecting his spyder around the May timeframe

 

No further orders here in the good ole US of A

 

Does Ferrari let you buy a build slot from another customer? I could imagine people wanting an F8 would pay a decent amount for a committed spot.

 

My car left Italy on Sept 26 and landed in NJ on November 10. I am waiting for the Trucking to be arranged to arrive at the Dealership hopefully due to Thanksgiving by the first week of December. It has been almost 11 months since I put my order in.
