    Norris quietly having a good race. Eeked 20-some laps out of the softs, and now looks like he can get the hards to the end in 4th or 5th position

    So, does RBR have the ability to pit Perez for fastest lap? Doing so would potentially drop him out of the points. I don’t think the 1pt is worth that (it would be Bottas’ strat if Max has fastest lap). Max can pit though for a run at fastest lap at the end.

    It’s Max’s to take fastest. Hamilton can’t respond with a pit stop if RB waits to the end.
