Help with stuck bluetooth audio streaming in F12, Much appreciated!

This morning I was streaming bt muisc and a phone call came in , all of sudden, the music interface stuck in the last song i've played and not responding to any key strokes.

I've tried turn off/on the car, deleted the paired phone, neither of those works.

Raido works fine though... just no more bluetooth audio, when I tried to system reboot it doesn't respond neither.

Any suggestion would worth a try , worst case would be send back to dealership for a hard reset of course. but still try to avoid that too much time consuming.

Updates: Fixed : finally took to the dealership, got it fixed by rest the whole entertainment system..
