Been off for a while got run over by semi. Now my love for driving my Ferrari. Has turned on to more of a torture. In pain all the time. Driving only makes the pain worse. We all know how soft the drive is behind the wheel of our Ferrari. Do we have a good spine dr on here.

Sorry to hear of your trauma.
Not sure how far you are willing to travel but my friend/colleague, Dr. Bhatia, is Chief of Spine at UCI here in SoCal. He is intelligent but most importantly, honest.
PM me if you want his info.

Sorry to hear about your incident. No insult intended to the many MDs on here but for the most part doctors only have two arrows in their quiver: drugs & surgery. OK, they may send you to PT as well. Of course they can help you understand what is happening xray, mri, etc. but even those are often misleading. For example, it is very common for people to have a disc bulge and no issues. SO, they see a disc bulge on the MRI and what does it mean? Oh yea, drugs or surgery. There have been studies done and most people have the same level of pain 2 years later and it doesn't matter if they had surgery or not. Now I am not saying don't consult; I am saying do some reading and consider your options carefully.

Definitely seek advise and get all the imaging you can.
I had bulging disks and stenosis
    I tried physical the Realy
    I tried chiropractic
    I tried drugs
    I tried osteopaths
    Surgery was the only do

Exactly! Start with the least invasive and move up the scale.

Thanks all for the reply’s. When you in pain the hole day and the meds they give are a joke. (I think the make me more loopy then help) depression sets in fast. Never had pain that lasted so long. Dr sent me to a chiropractor that told me she would not teat me. Short version was like lay on ur side put ur leg like this wow your spine is swelling up. Let me get some thing to put on it. I’m like been telling everybody the same thing happens to me anytime I try too do anything. Maybe I should offer a Ferrari for the the dr that fix my back .
