Sounds like you’ve done everything that needs to be done. I’m assuming it’s in a garage. Is it covered with a car cover to keep the dust off?Maybe put some preservative in the gas tank, but not necessary for only 3 months.

Engine oil should be changed. Top fuel off, less chance of condensation forming in tanks. (NY gets pretty cold)
    You have most things covered..

Check coolant for proper sub zero temp protection. Same for washer bottle. Advisable to remove battery from chassis and place in a warmer climate while using tender. If battery is stored on concrete floor, place a piece of wood between floor and battery to protect it. Concrete doesn't help battery life.

Make sure everything is fully up to temperature before you shut it off. Don’t start the car unless you are going to drive it and get it fully up to temp.

Although long term storage is vague but I've always over inflated tires when storing 4 months or more even in heated garage as recommended in my F8 owners manual as well as moving car a little from time to time so as to avoid flat spotting.
What I'm confused about is --how do you move it every so often without starting it? --with consensus opinion stating NOT to start without driving, considering that storing means you're not driving for months.

John- Affirmative, weather (4 seasons, all pretty mild and sunny) kept me in Albuquerque for nearly 30 years until the wife got car-jacked.

When you say "up on soft blocks", do you mean the wheels are suspended, tires not touching the ground?

If so, do not do that, it could cause suspension damage. For most cars the suspension is not meant to be dangling in the air for an extended period.
