Sold 1968 Fiat Dino Coupe Running Project

Hi,

Listing this for my best friend in CA.

It's a running and driving project.

1968 Fiat Dino Coupe (2.0) but has a (desirable) 2.4L engine in it.

He considered parting it out, but honestly has zero spare time (hence, why I told him to send me some photos and I'll throw it up on FChat for him).

IMO, after owning a few of these myself, in just the 2.4L engine, gearbox, steering wheel, DinoPlex and Webers, there's likely $15-20K JUST IN THOSE PARTS alone, so consider the rest of it somewhat free

He's done a lot of fuel, brake and carb things over the past year + but with 2-3 other projects running alongside, just doesn't have the time to keep going.

Thanks Terry. Agreed. I’ve had only 2.0’s but they’re nimble and sound great. Definitely ‘baby’ Ferrari DNA.

 

Yes. There is some undercarriage rust. I’ll post some more photos tomorrow.

It sold in less than a day. A nice gentleman on here already has it down at his shop in SoCal.
