Looking at Grigio Competizione or GrigIo Coburn and considering a livery. What are thoughts on Nero vs solid ? Light colors vs dark? The spider is slightly different in profile. Here’s an example of the solid light. Image Unavailable, Please Login
FWIW this is the only Ferrari I like with the Nero roof. Spyder only. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I never liked the black roof look until the LF and the again with SF90. With this design, I’ve been surprised to discover I prefer the black roof- in general. However- I think that nice blue car above looks fabulous with the body color roof- so I think it really comes down to your choice of body color. With your choice of basically a medium silver grey color- which will look fantastic on this shape btw- I can see it either way. I have them render it both ways and decide. You also get black windshield framed/a pillars. Pro you get the b pillars in Nero as well Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
+1 I am not a fan of the black roof look on other models either, going back to the 458 and California.

Not a fan of the bordeaux on the exterior carbon even if it ties in with the bordeaux interior. The simple elegance of the (Blu Mirabeau?) SF90 in post #1 has a more timeless look about it! The overhead view really shows off those design details. JUST my 2 cents.
Tweaks ? Rosso rubino is not on the carbon but instead of on the NON AF car. The lower front will be carbon. You’ve seen these and the renders are really hard to translate into real life. My wife seems to be able to do that with houses when I struggle with the renders on the car and what it will actually look like Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Rosso Rubino is stunning and I love your spec … perfect amount to be a tasteful detail. Nice job, can’t wait to see real life photos. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
The black roof visually lowers the car as the shoulder body line becomes your focal point where the painted exterior meets the blacken roof section. I think it looks phenomenal on cars that have body lines that support the visual break. The Portofino/M or the 488 Spider and F8 Spider do not have that same break, so in my opinion the roof colored black looks off. All personal preference. No bad choices when it’s yours to get what you want.
