I took my bad Blend door motor out took it apart and found my bad plastic gear, I have sourced a New actuator and I have misplaced the screws. I can't find the bag with them anywhere or I stashed them in the wrong place.

I'm wondering if anyone has a photo of the screws or the actuator installed so I can compare them to what hardware I have.

The parts book doesn't show the screws I could really do with a close up of the thread pitch.

Perhaps someone has theirs apart right now?

See attached..Hopefully this helps. It has a phillips head. I believe the screw goes into plastic.

May I ask where you got the actuator? Mine has broken gears and I am also looking to repair/replace.

Mine is part number 63307100. What I am being told is this is NLA (No Longer Avaialble). There are those who fix them and some who even had gears made but they are asking over $500 to repair. I am hoping to find a good used one or some old stock?

Ah, you mean the timing actuator with the 5 wire round electrical plug.

3 people were working on replacement gears:

Not sure how far Rob and Steve are into the development/sale of their gears.

The picture you posted looked like a fresh air/recirc actuator in the forward luggage compartment. i.e. with a square drive with one corner cut off at an angle. The timing actuator has a square drive with a small rectangular cutout on one of the edges.

Good luck trying to source one. I went through this recently. I ended up getting a new gear from Takeya on here and it worked, I just had to realize that in order to reset the ECU it has to be warm out (ambient). Steve contacted me recently and it sounds like his gear is a go, so you may want to reach out to him. After that, it worked normally. Also remember that if you are lucky enough to find a used one it will most likely need a new gear at some point.

The one I got goes in the front trunk area for the recirculation flap.

Is yours in the photo the one from under the dash?

I got mine off of eBay came out of Poland.

Shoot me a PM, I'll show you what I've got (just a gear). Are you doing the repair yourself?
