You need to find a decent smog guy here in cali....find a car enthusiast. No way to "see" the precat is there or not in stock manifolds

I would honestly go with the Fabspeed headers.

There is no advantage to use factory headers that could cause a problem down the road.

The difference of low end torque is just amazing especially with the 200 cell high flow cats

I would not waste time with factory headers

You can add the minicats and there are no CE:'s

99 headers don't have a hole for the 02 sensor.

What problems could happen if the 99 or euro manifold don't have the cats.

    you mean "pre-cats"?

neither the 99 or the Euro headers has the pre-cats

Yes that is what I'm referring to your statement was saying don't waste time with factory headers and just get fabspeed. I have a 99 car and love my parts with no pre cats and work great with the AV tune
