No one is going to pay that. Don’t get too excited. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I hope not but there seems to be plenty of people willing to pay $50-75k over, I see most being listed around $100k over. Still nuts.
Beautiful! Why are people surprised? Everyone knows blue automatically adds a $100K premium to any car...
I appreciate the pricing discussion. We're just as surprised by the numbers as you are. We don't make the market, we just live in it. These are the prices where these cars are selling right now. When they stop selling at that level, the prices will come down.
Pcarmarket GT3 currently has bid at $94k over MSRP....so....yeah. Guess I'm never getting one! But they are awesome.
I wonder how many of these GT3 dreamers ever drove one. I can speak for the 997 gt3 and the ride on the regular street was pretty hard core. People really preferred not to be a passenger in it. I sold it to get something more drivable. “Its a track car”, are you really going to take a “300k” car to the track and beat on it? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Agree with you on it being a pain when driven on the street. But at this point, unfortunately, it is neither a track car nor a street-driven car. They've become (outrageous) speculative investment instruments. Somebody will be caught holding the bag when this game of musical chairs ends. Who knows when...?
I sold my 997 RS last year - about a year early for all this craziness Loved the car, wife hated it, drove it 500 miles a year as a special occasion and otherwise just sat Love GT cars had a bunch of them over the years - all when they were at the 80-130k range, at 300k range I just think the world opens up more Regardless this is the best color on these 992s GLWS
