Off topic is not a bannable offense.

Lewis had to change his line when @furoni passed him, therefore one month ban. He's lucky to even keep his superlicense.

Off topic is trolling, and trolling is an offense. Bannable (is that a word?) is questionable but it's up to the mods. It's best to keep politics and politicians out of anything except P&R.

And off topic isn’t trolling. Many, if not most, threads in every forum eventually wander off topic or get a comment that isn’t precisely on topic, just because that’s what happens with conversations. Maybe 1%, if that much, of those are malicious. Very few users make a big deal about it except a couple of site nannies who just want to be an irritant.
