well, the 250 GTO last sold at auction around $38 mil, and prior to that around $52 mil, and is rumored to have changed hands privately at $72 mil......

so just how pricy is a 275GTC/C Speciale?

The 250 would work. I wonder how much it would cost to cut the chassis and add another foot or so? I’d also chop the top. Everybody knows the value goes up when a top drops over two seats. I’d also add air conditioning, gotta have that.

Only one of the 3 Speciale is more pricy than a 250GTO. The other 2 would probably be around $30m or so. 06885 could be more expensive than a 250 GTO due to its class win a Le Mans and 3rd overall finish.

I would take a 1957 250 Testa Rossa. It would be ridiculously impractical but incredibly cool.

The original question was which *Ferrari* would you seek if money was no object.

If money was no object, I'd buy Ferrari Spa. I would then force them to make the cars I want. How about a supercharged Dino? Or how a tribute 250 GTO that fits old fat guys like me.

I guess in my post #22 I took money no object to heart- and got a boatload of Ferraris for which I would need a new garage( I’m ok with my house- for now)to store them properly.
If I could only have one-make it a La Ferrari Aperta- with an extra set of batteries as insurance.
Since that is not going to happen I’ll be quite happy with my 812GTS

Pretty difficult to pick one. So I'll pick five:
    - 375 MM Speciale #0402AM
    - 315 S #0684
    - 250 GTO #4293
    - 330 P4 #0856
    - 275 NART Spyder #10453

Outside of Ferraris, the ex-George Harrison McLaren F1 is imo the coolest car in the world

I would like a 250 TRI/61. Really any 250 TR would do, I'm not picky.
