I feel like if it was LHD it would be worth more, because it would appeal to a broader range of buyers and be imported from the UK.

 

RHD has always been worth more in RHD countries.

I agree. The car should be worth more than a comparable LHD car. RHD cars are rarer...almost want to buy it to speculate but I hate driving RHD cars in a LHD country.

When you look through the pictures the car look good, but just average. Figure need tires and a major soon, at least. Front bumper has typical scrapes.

So, $104,000 + 5000, + $7500 for major + $1000 for tires = $117,500 minimum to bring up to driving condition.

This looks like a fantastic example of a manual GTS with carbon seats. If yellow is your thing, this is a buy.

Congrats. Looks like you are also in NL. so its a pretty simple transaction. My confidence level importing a car from europe to the US swings up and down based on the stories I hear. If anyone has actually done this recently, I'd love a DM to talk about the process, who you used, etc.

 

So you contacted them and they said it had accident damage? Did they tell you what happened? I've got someone in Switzerland that could put eyes on it. If it was originally a US car, you just don't have to repay import duty right?

 

Canna Di Fucile is the name of this colour I believe.

If so, very rare especially with the carbon seats. If the accident wasn't too bad and superficial, it's worth saving. But good lord are those photos HORRIBLE.
