Indeed. It seems like there's always something with C8 production. Sadly, this time it went way beyond someone getting their car a little later

 

I think that is an early Z06 mule with the camo removed. There's been a lot of discussion on the Corvette boards about it.

 

sure, but it will be much more than one day of delay to those affected. It's the waaaiting.

Someone i know just bought a C8 and tried to tell me it was a special limited edition model with a lot more HP and he paid $50k over MSRP.

He knows im a car guy so why on Earth he would lie like that is baffling.

I would have hoped if it were aftermarket he would have said that, and not said a special edition he paid $50k over market for.

I did ask him for clarification and i got 'nevermind' back

I did something unusual today.

I ordered a take out sandwich and went over to pick it up. I had the top down and didn't think it was necessary to put it up just to pop in and out. But I hit the alarm button.

When I walked back the car I put the paper bag into the passenger seat footwell area. I didn't touch the car at all but the alarm immediately went off. I don't know how they sensed this but I was pretty impressed.

 

Did you super-size that sandwich?
