Absolutely; no way is he going to jail. But once again, it show that even if a charming and interesting guy, he might, sometimes, lack discernement. As one of my british friend would say: "not the fastest bunny in the forrest"...

Yeah. I have three friends who have visited over the past six months and one who lives in Manhattan. It's burnt out from crime and public drug usage is rampant.

What for? An observation of what's happening to society? You don't have to be a famous driver (or anything for that matter).
It's pretty commonplace nowadays. Just watch the morning news.....'like a replay each day.
