Glad you got to go and at least see the factory albeit not inside.
Did you hear that the personalized owner's tours were halted temporarily or forever?

Glad you had fun and it is a great experience! When I went there there was a lady with a short skirt on the tour and pretty much all the factory workers turned their heads after her. By that I mean both the men and women working there. It was especially comical when we were above the F1 team and they were looking up at her. I sometimes wonder about the products and F1 decisions made that day.

It was also a slightly drizzly day and there were a bunch of 458 bodies outside in the rain since there's not enough room inside apparently. Just strikes me as very funny considering how many owners brag about their cars never having seen rain.

Glad you did it though, it was a dream come true for me to go there.

Nothing like doing that tour. A pilgrimage to 'mecca'.

Cauley Ferrari, my Detroit dealer, only said they had halted due to Covid. Didn’t comment on the length of it. I do believe if you are buying a new one the design center is still in the middle of the facility and you might have the ability to take a private tour.

We tried to eat at Cavillino, which was the original restaurant that Enzo setup and ate at on a regular basis (or so the tour guide told us) but they closed between lunch and dinner and we had to be back to Florence for dinner, we just grabbed something quick at the hotel across the street. Entire experience was awesome.
