He already has. Now he needs to prove he can beat Max and Masi in a similarly capable car.

In a new aero era of F1 with a budget cap as well to beat Max. Hopefully the Ferrari boys are up there as well.

    FIA should call Merc's bluff.

FIA stands to lose nothing. Mercedes stands to lose their star driver. With an unknown factor in Russell (his only "challenge" has been Latifi and a one armed disabled man), Mercedes would have to find a replacement, with all the good boys already signed up.

    Good luck, germans.

LOL, like HAM was the one fighting Masi and FIA all year long. Get a grip on reality, man.

Another example of Merc delusion, if the story is true, is wanting also Tombazis out probably for allowing the completely legit DQ at Brazil. No other team failed the DRS gap test that I recall except these clowns and then they went and cried and spread misinformation about the supposed .2 mm for the benefit of the uninformed.

It wasn’t enough that Tombazis et al. closed their eyes to all the wing deflection issues or that they helped Merc get their DAS system approved last year. One perceived show of disrespect and they want the guy swimming with the fish—mob style.

As mentioned already the FIA should call their bluff. The happy result of this will be not having to see/hear HAM again.

I don't know what's the correct expression in English for that he is just buffing. He wants to feel how much he is liked and popular.

I hope he doesn't come back. He thinks he is bigger than F1.

Stop trying to change the subject and making excuses for Masi. He decided the championship.

The farce is that delusional idiots believe Masi had a crystal ball that predicted the outcome of a race when even HAMbone realized it was all in play if they didn’t pit.

If Masi was that good, he’d quit his stupid job and take up gambling and become rich.

Forget logic, reason, reading comprehension ... the cult of SLG (Sir Lewis the Great) needs somebody to blame.

Sadly, it's really no more complicated than that.

BTW, that’s “isn’t”. It’s hard to take someone’s comments seriously when they can’t even articulate them properly.

As for reality, well I think we all know what YOUR reality is. My reality is that Max is champion. You should make it yours also but I know you can’t because, as you said, reality is an SOB! :)

Can you articulate that Masi broke the rules? Articulate that. You right Max is the champion, he was gifted the championship. That's THE reality.

Last year we had Lewis' deafening silence whether he'll race for Mercedes 2021.
This year we have Lewis deafening silence whether he'll race for Mercedes in 2022.

At least he can add another chapter to the inevitable book/movie about his life.

As per usual, milking the **** out of everything. He should list himself on the NYSE.

I propose to send a petition to the FIA to keep Masi absolutely.
With a little luck in a year our friend KTU will be completely drained of all energies by repeating the same thing tirelessly.

The way Team Mercedes over-rode Hamilton's desire for fresh tires?
Did the team over-ride their driver once, or twice, during the last race?

You trying to deflect again when you run out of gas. It doesn't matter about tires. The race was decided with the SC car decision.
