Hope it goes to another Austin local; beautiful car! Moving into another Ferrari, or moving on to something else? BTW did Josh's tune just flash out the CEL for the exhaust, or did it provide another other modifications or gains? I just had mine flash by Trev, but need some more driving time to really get a feel for whether any gains were presented, first drive didn't seem too different. Weather hasn't allowed for a follow up.
Hello, If you go back to normal factory Flash version, what problem will appear? I live in California and they just instituted a smog feature. They check the software version of the car. If the ECU reports a different after market tune version, Smog check fails and no registration is possible.
I recently passed our annual emissions inspection here as well, they also hook up the computer. No issues. You could flash it back to stock but you would get the check engine light back unless you put on the stock catalytic converters again. They are also included. However the engine bay runs a lot cooler without them not to mention the sound is incredible.
California ECU check… “There are two ways your local smog machine will know your ECU’s not stock: by first comparing the data stream coming out of your OBD-II system to a profile compiled through years of data collection and by verifying your cars Calibration Verification Number (CVN) on the ECU.”

Forgot to add, both fuel pumps replaced about 2 months ago. (Not easy or cheap!). Common failure on F430's.
Tons of interest, but nobody has come to look at it... Yet! I will be posting this on a couple major sites next week so after that it will have a lot more exposure and move relatively quick. Just wanted to give f-chat members first dibs.
I didn’t see a response to my question regarding clutch wear. Have you had it checked? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I have not performed a scan as of lately, but when it was tuned which was between 2k - 3k miles ago it was at 92% left. It has no issues at all with the driveability and shifting so I would assume it is in the high 80s. It has been replaced before for sure. I will put it on the lift and take a picture of the disc just to get a visual.
Thank you, i probably should have posted with the stock wheels to begin with. I will be doing that for the next post. The car is very clean, minimal owners, always been a Texas car and will make someone very happy. Everything has been sorted from new fuel pumps and full exhaust, engine mounts, spark plugs, F1 accumulator; and all the right options. This car is headache free and ready to drive. Anyone interested call me at 571-426-4833 Thanks.
