The estimates seem too low, will be interesting to see how well bid they are.

Best to have a close look AND read of the cars before you make that statement.

As Sam has posted, the 365 looks ugly and unkempt.....what lies beneath??

The majority have been on static display ie unused and will need recommissioning.

Furthermore many of the cars are colourchanged and have had non matching number major parts replacement.

    Good day Simon,

Indeed, one has to truly examine the pics, as there are a number of indicators (to me at least) that a number of these cars look quite tired, etc. Although they are marketed that there were from a "collection", this term has different interpretation depending upon one's frame of reference. From my perspective these cars looked to have been put way for a long while without any periodic review, maintenance, and "love" :) ... Also, what is with the speckled stains on the leather? I saw similar staining on the other cars too. If the stains cannot be removed, then a lot of attention and/or replacement of the leather will be required and this can be quite pricey.

That being said, if the cars go for the lower end estimates and if one can do the work and is resourceful, then they could be candidates for some level of restoration. Even so one will need to have their eyes and wallet wide open :)

    Cheers,

    Sam

+365 on all of that Sam.

Some nasty little landmines waiting in most of those cars,if you read into a few more of them.

On top of it, the market is really low here in France: at 60k€ you can have a 365 with fully serviced engine and fresh paint (this was last year prices actually).

    Good day Raemin,

How common is the 60k€ (about $68.5K USD) price for 365's that you mentioned? Given that only 525 365 GT4 2+2 were made, I cannot imagine that there would be too many on the market and so a single or two sale, etc would not necessarily set the benchmark. Interestingly, none of the "usual" sites show anything close in asking prices to this amount. I recognize that asking prices and selling prices can and usually are different, but 60k€ seems really low (at least on this side of the pond) for a solid and somewhat maintained 365 or even a 400 for that matter.

    Cheers,

    Sam

    [Found a recent France Sale]
I found chassis 19489 was auctioned on Nov 19, 2021 via RM France(https://rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/jg21/the-guikas-collection/lots/r0039-1976-ferrari-365-gt4-2plus2-by-pininfarina/1074502) with a sale price of €74,750 (about $85K USD) + whatever RM charges for their premium. Chassis 19489 looked to be a mostly original car without unknown maintenance indicated.

    Good day All,

According to the RM Site, Chassis 18813 sold for 55200 Euro ($62439 USD) + 15% auction fees. Including fees the buyer paid 63480 Euro ($71805 USD) assuming the 15% fee is valid, + needs to spend some solid $ on some refreshing.

    Cheers,

    Sam
