    I have a 1978 308:
Keep the incandescent light bulb for the alternator low voltage warning. A diode is inline to bulb. When the battery output is more than the alternator output the bulb illuminates. (Should be still valid for 328 based on wiring diagram)

I had to purchase a LED flasher relay 3 prong and add a ground connection to my relay board for the additional prong on the flasher relay.
The bimetallic type would not work due to lower current draw.

328 uses a three prong flasher per wiring diagram. It would need a LED flasher module for outside LED turn signal lights and the turn signal lights in the dash.

I purchased most of my LEDs from SuperbrightLED website.
