Harris latest video- Best cars of 2021- Claims the 765 he recently tested is very different from the one he drove 2 years ago. Set up and alignment changed. Feels the Trofeos are responsible for holding back the ultimate performance capabilities. The car needs the Michelins. Same applies to the STO which needs a swap from the Bridgestones to the Michelins.

Photos don’t do it justice. The car has significantly more presence in person and looks to be very well put together. Fit and finish is top notch. $500k is reasonable and in line with its direct competitors on the secondary market.

I see them at dealerships for nearly 600. Wonder if the market is cooling.

I suppose dealers can ask whatever price they want. My sense is that the true secondary market price for the GT Black Series, 765LT coupe, STO and Pista coupe are all around the $500k mark.

I’d pay 500 for any those except the sto.

I think you 100% right. After the usual initial spike, I think the 765LT and STO have softened just a touch. Meanwhile, the Pista continues to hold firm at that $500 mark. I don’t follow the GT BS, so that BAT car is my only yardstick.

The GT BS is the rarest of the bunch at 1,100-1,200 units delivered globally (371 to the US). That in itself will support residuals. I expect all of these cars to hang around $500k +/- 10% for a while. The STO is perhaps the biggest unknown since we don’t know how many will ultimately be produced (there seems to be differing opinions on this).

Interesting. Thanks. Thats more GT Black series than I thought worldwide. I had also heard of 371 for US. For the 2014 model SLS Black, about 135ish came to the US and supposedly 300-350 worldwide, but no formal numbers released that I have seen

I thought they were only building 765 of the 765LTs?

The SLS BS is a unicorn. I don’t think there are currently any being advertised for sale in the US right now. The most recent one I know of was at Curated in Miami and sold almost instantly.

Agree on SLS BS. Fabulous car. Would describe it as a little less track focused than current BS

I think ‘track focused’ has been taken to more extreme configurations in recent years, particularly with respect to downforce. The STO, GT2 RS, GT BS, Senna are prime examples vs cars of the past like the SLS BS, Speciale or Gallardo Superleggera. The 992 GT3 RS will move the needle even further towards a race car setup, I suspect.

Only red one that I know of so it should be relatively rare.

I went Rosso Mars which is how my Performante was equipped. I always loved that color. Too my eye, it’s my favorite red on any car. I couldn’t decide on which direction to go, and took the easy route in the end. Of course, the Rosso Mars option wasn’t easy on the pocket book. I’m still quite stunned that I am actually paying over $25,000 for paint (Rosso Mars plus $6,000 for the Nero Noctis contrast pack).

A big congrats - super sharp looking, can't wait for more pics! Rosso Mars is the perfect blend between Ferrari's Rosso Corso and Scuderia.

I hope you get some seat time once it's in your possession. Ask them to connect up the charger to your car before you take delivery.

    P.S. RWD rocks, you'll see!
