Nice result indeed. There is absolutely no way, that a building project can not be way over budget :) By the way I also live on a lake, but unfortunately not as big as yours. Do you have problems with fishermans invading the surroundings of your property?

It's an epoxy with metallic flakes that they swirl with a mop to get the flowing look. Then covered with some kind of urethane.

Very, very, very cool. If you were to replace the garage doors with custom glass ones that match in style the large windows on the pool side, you’d have sheer perfection. Don’t get me wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the garage doors on their own (better than mine)! I just feel that black framed glass doors would complete this great space.

Lifts are good, though not as good as floor space. The problem is swapping things around can be pain, see my photo above.
It takes about an hour, with the battery conditioners , moving everything under the lift, oil pans and so on, and is best done on a dry day, not so common in winter in the U.K.
Cars on the upper level can be a little forgotten.
But hey, having 4 Italian classics with a lift is better than having 2 without ;)

Very nice mix of Italian! At least there is no mud or salt on your drive; it’s everywhere down here now!!!
