    Ar pistols are awesome. Little recoil. More gas is expanding out of the end of the barrel than in the barrel.

    The pistols are soft shooting flame throwers. Lol.

    Newly-manufactured firearms for non-government purchase (with a few very rare exceptions for certain dealers and manufacturers who are allowed) cannot be fully-automatic. Machine gun manufacture for citizen purchase was banned in 1986, so only those manufactured prior to the ban taking effect are legal for citizens to own.

    Thank you: so you can own an AK47 manufactured in the seventies.

    Here in Italy you cannot own full auto weapons -whenever they were made- and you even can't buy a 9mm Parabellum Beretta 92: you have to buy the civilian 9x21 Beretta 92.

    But you here in Italy can buy a Barrett M82 cal.50 as an hunting rifle... ;)

    Laws sometimes are very strange...

    Well, yes, it's lawful to own a pre-86 AK47 but.....hoooooo boy are you going to pay for the opportunity.

    A decent one goes for about the same as a good solid driver-grade 308.....and if i'm honest, i'd rather the 308 ;)

    They were really beat up being range guns, basically loaners for people coming to shoot. Most were painted standard black. I took a few of the best ones and redid them for myself.
