[ATTACH] At the hotel this weekend for our staycation.
I have the little piece that connects to each side of the opening in the bumper. And underneath there is a plastic plate under the bumper for catching scratches, not sure if that is the skid plate of which you speak
@boba fett dunno, They were on the car when I got in 2020. I'm pretty sure I have seen someone selling them on Fchat I'll see if I could find it, I probably put a watch on it
@boba fett I assume I have the ones that Ricambi sells, but not positive. Here's the thread, the op references Ricambi having something, but I didn't see it on their site. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/scrape-armor-bumper-protection.647890/ Here is the Scrape Armor link, no affiliation, never used it https://www.scrapearmor.com/collections/ferrari/products/ferrari-f430-2004-2009
My father is 76, a massive petrol head, and gets out of a yellow huracan in handicap all the time following his new knees….. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
And Xmas Eve at the grocery store. I saw this guy in a Santa hat taking a bunch of pictures of the car as I was coming out, and I asked him if he wanted to jump in and I’d take a few pics. Made his Christmas! Image Unavailable, Please Login
You are very brave parking there! Even with my M3 I try to find a remote place, and I wouldn't take my Ferrari to Walmart
Most people wouldn’t; that’s what makes it such a unique experience for all involved! I used to be the the same way, even with my Porsche, but sometimes it’s just not worth the stress and hassle. And after accumulating enough miles on all my cars and getting over the “Garage Queen”fantasy, what’s the worst that could happen? (Famous last words; knock on wood!)
I see . I started being paranoid after I found quite a couple of dents in my fender and door on my Shelby GT350R, which cost me 200 a pop to fix (paintless repair)... guy had to go under the fender, remove lining, etc. Both happened in car parks, people smashing doors ... lucky paint was not damaged. Just recently, I found a big bumper mark on my M3 where it seems that someone has run into it and just drove away. I hate when people do that, and damage your property. I don't go smashing windows on people's houses; there's always an ******* or a soccer mum with a **** SUV not caring....
My immune system is challenged so during the pandemic I have to stay out of hotels and restaurants but I didn't want to miss our local Potenza Italiano overnight tour. So I camped. My camping gear and luggage, including a little folding chair, easily fit in the frunk of my 360. It was the only Ferrari in the campground. Does that count as "regular parking, no valet"?
PA, actually. It was there for 2 years, and TX before that. Started life in CA. Does it look familiar to you?
Yes very similar spec to a car I looked at in Nashville around July of last year. Still wonder where it ended up.
